There have been some high profile projects and team-ups in the recent past that have received astounding openings in the box office. Behindwoods takes a look at some such projects that were announced in the past, but later shelved due to various reasons. If these projects were to see the light of the day, the response would be nothing short of a blockbuster response.

After delivering two films, Manmadhan & Vallavan, that displayed Simbu’s all-round skills as an actor, writer and film-maker, Kettavan was the much touted film that would make it seem like a trilogy of his coming of age and also to help him peak in his career. The first look of Kettavan was nothing short of outrageous with a poster design that ‘screamed out’ to get your attention.
