சிம்புவை வைத்து, வெற்றிமாறன் இயக்குவதாக இருந்த வடசென்னை திரைப்படம் கைவிடப்பட்டுவிட்டதாக வெளியான செய்திகளை அடுத்து, அதை மறுத்திருக்கிறார் இயக்குனர் வெற்றிமாறன்.
சில தொழில் நுட்ப பிரச்சனைகள் காரணமாக படம் இயக்குவதில் சிக்கல் ஏற்பட்டுள்ளது என்றும், நிச்சயம் வடசென்னை திரைப்படத்தை இயக்குவேன் என்றும் செய்தியாளர்களிடம் கூறியிருக்கிறார் இயக்குனர் வெற்றிமாறன்.
பொல்லாதவன், ஆடுகளம் போன்ற வெற்றிப் படங்களை தனுஷை வைத்து இயக்கியவர் இயக்குனர் வெற்றிமாறன். அவர் சிம்புவை வைத்து இயக்குவதாக இருந்த வடசென்னை திரைப்படம் படப்பிடிப்பு ஆரம்பிப்பதற்குள்ளாகவே முடிந்து போனதாக தகவல்கள் வெளியாயின. அதற்கு பதில் அளித்துப் பேசிய வெற்றிமாறன், "ஆடுகளம் படம் வெளியாவதற்கு முன்பே, வடசென்னை படம் பண்ணலாம் என்று முடுவு எடுத்திருந்தேன்.
வட சென்னை படத்தின் கதை எனக்கு ரொம்ப அன்யோன்யமாக வந்திருந்தது. உடனே படம் இயக்க முடிவு செய்து, ஆரம்பித்தும் விட்டோம். ஆனால், சில தொழில் நுட்ப பிரச்சனைகள் காரணமாக இப்போது வடசென்னை படத்தை இயக்க முடியாத நிலையில் இருக்கிறோம். தொழில் நுட்ப பிரச்சனைகள் சரியாவதற்குள், தனுஷ் அவர்களை வைத்து ஒரு படம் இயக்கிவிட்டு மீண்டும், வடசென்னை படத்தைக் கையில் எடுப்பேன். நிச்சயம் சிம்புதான் கதாநாயகன்" என்று வெற்றிமாறன் கூறியுள்ளார்.
STR gets a railway station in Hyderabad!
Why is STR keeping a low profile? He is not to be seen in party circles and film functions. Simbu has quietly left Chennai for a month and is in Hyderabad shooting for his Vaalu. Vaalu is said to be a rollicking romantic comedy directed by debutante director Vijay Chander. It has Silambarasan and Hansika Motwani in the lead along with Santhanam. The film has music by Thaman. Vaalu unit waited almost a month to get a railway station in Tamil Nadu to shoot for the film. In the film all the drama and action revolves around a railway station as the hero’s father is a railway station master. But Southern Railways could not provide him with a railway station for the shoot. Finally Simbu, through South Central Railways has managed to get a real railway station near Hyderabad for the shoot of the film. One of the conditions was that the
railway station would be given only for a limited time and the unit has to complete all the scenes at the railway station in the schedule. So the Vaalu unit is going on a war footing shooting at the railway station and all artist including the very busy Santhanam and Hansika have rescheduled their dates to complete the film. STR will be in Hyderabad till middle of August and he wants to complete the entire talkie portion of the film by then. Vaalu is scheduled to release for Diwali 2012.

Kannada Hero is Villain in Vaalu
Vaalu,which stars Simbu,Hansika and Santhanam,has a new addition to the cast.Aditya,a leading hero from Kannada films,joins the team today as he begins shooting for the film.Talking about his role,Aditya says,I play an outand-out negative character in the film.While at that,it is not the usual bad guy,as this guy is very charming and suave.In fact,in this comic entertainer,the heroines running behind me,while the hero is after her.
Quiz Aditya,who comes from one of the reputed filmi families in Sandalwood,on why he chose to make his start as a villain and he says,Kollywood was always on my mind and I was only waiting for a good break.Rajini sir is my idol and he too began through negative roles.
He adds,We all begin our careers by playing heroes in our respective industries.But,its only through opportunities like these that we can experiment.Sudeep took the risk with his Rajamouli film and it paid off.Aditya also believes that this is the only natural progression for the Indian film industry to take.It was bound to happen that heroes and big actors eventually agreed to do interesting character roles.People in Hollywood have been doing it for long,and finally,it is an acceptable thing to do here as well. Simbu,Dhanush Turn Party Pals
We recently reported that STR and Dhanush had started bonding a lot and even went on stage together at an awards function.And now,the latest we hear is that the two stars,known as competitors in the industry,have started partying together!
A source says,The two (STR and Dhanush) have become good pals and even meet up these days.They recently partied together in a nightclub in the city and had a great time bonding with each other.Music composer Anirudh was also present with them.When we spoke to STR,he confirmed the report,saying,Yes,Dhanush and I did party together.It was good fun."
