இம்முறை சிறந்த நடிகரான அனைவரின் ஏகோபித்த ஆதரவில் ஒரு நடிகர் தெரிவாகி இருந்தாலும். இது சிலருக்கு ஆச்சரியத்தை கொடுத்தது மட்டுமன்றி பல முன்னை நடிகர்களுக்கு ஒரு நல்ல பாடமாகவும் அமைந்துள்ளது. அநேகமாக எல்லோருக்கும் வாக்குகள் விழுந்தாலும் முதல் மூன்று இடங்களை பெற்றவர்கள் மற்ற நடிகர்களை விட நட்சத்திர அந்தஸ்து பெற்றவர்கள் என்பது உண்மை. நடிப்புலக மேதை கமலை விட 65 வாக்குகள் மட்டுமே பேராண்மை படைத்த இளம்புயல் ஜெயம் ரவி பெற்றமை அவருக்கு கிடைத்த மிகப்பெரிய பரிசாகும். ஆனால் கமலையும் விஞ்சி வென்றிருப்பவரின் வெற்றி உண்மையில் ஆச்சரியமானது. காரணம் திறமை இருந்தும் அதை வெளியே கொண்டு வர வாய்ப்பில்லாது மாஸ் ஹீரோ வட்டத்தில் சிக்கி திணறிக்கொண்டிருந்த லிட்டில் சூப்பர் ஸ்டாராக இருந்து இப்போது யங் சூப்பர் ஸ்டாராக மாறி இருக்கும் சிலம்பரசன் தன் வழக்கமான பன்ச் டயலாக் விரல் வித்தைகளை விட்டு அமைதியாக இயல்பாக நடித்ததுக்கு அவருக்கு கிடைத்த பரிசு தான் இந்த வெற்றி. இந்த தோல்வியில் ஒரு ஆசானாக கமல் சந்தோசமடைவார் என்றே நம்புவோம். இந்த வெற்றியானது நிச்சயம் மற்ற நடிகர்களை கொஞ்சம் சிந்திக்க வைக்கும் நல்ல படங்களை தர வைக்கும் என்பதில் சந்தேகம் இல்லை.

Its Tamanna For Simbu.

After a hard look out for the lead role to be played opposite Yss Silambarasan, the production team as finalized Tamanah aka Tamu. With the Director confirming the information to a leading news paper, Tamanah is now formally joining the team. Sources have indicated that Tamanah will have a 25 day call sheet for the team. She will play the role of a Law College Grad. Sources also indicate that she will have to shed some extra weight to make a good presence with Simbu. It is noted that, this is the first film for Simbu and Tamanah to act together. First Schedule of the movie is already over and the second schedule is to be started soon, after the first schedule of Podaa Podi is shot at London. Ps : Our delegate sources also indicate that the production team is in talks with Madhavan. It is well known that Maddy is a friend of Simbu and also he is subjected to act as Tamanah's brother in the movie, which is a pivotal role as per the Director Lingusamy.

The team of Podaa Podi is getting ready to start the venture this June. With the movie getting ready to be shot at London, last week Silambarasan and Varalakshmi Sarathkumar went on a shopping spree at Bangkok along with the production team.
