Simbu’s Cameo for Dhanush’s Kaakka Muttai

Simbu aka STR is set to share the screen space with Dhanush in his upcoming production film Kaakka Muttai. Might be a cameo, but STR’s presence would be a sweet little surprise.Kaakka Muttai is the joint production of Dhanush's Wunderbar films and Vetrimaran's Grass root productions that is taken on kids residing in slums. Manikandan, a former assistant of Vetrimaaran is directing Kaakka Muttai, which is based on some of the real incidents took place in and around Chennai.GV Prakash Kumar is roped in to compose music and bgm for Kaakka Muttai that is gearing up to hit the screens by the end of 2013. Meanwhile, STR is busy with his Vaalu and Vettai Mannan.

STR’s Vaalu Updates

Simbu and Hansika starring Vaalu has resumed its work and the music compositions are going on in full pace, while the film’s unit is busy with the final mix of songs, audio is likely to be launched on Sep 9th.SS Thaman is composing the music scores for Simbu’s Vaalu being directed by Vijay Chandar. And the music director is done with four peppy songs for the Vaalu audio album along with a racy introduction track by STR himself.

                           Madhan Karky has penned song for Vaalu, “Happy to be working with @vijayfilmaker and @MusicThaman in #Vaalu. A peppy love song for @iam_STR & @ihansika,” tweeted lyricist. Vaalu music album is slated for release on Sep 9th and is expected to be a feast for music lovers, as this is the second combo of Simbu and Thaman after Osthe.

சென்னை : ‘வாலு’ படத்தை அடுத்து சிம்பு, ஹன்சிகா ஜோடியாக நடிக்கும் படம், ‘வேட்டை மன்னன்’. இதில் ஜெய், தீக்ஷா சேத், விடிவி கணேஷ் உட்பட பலர் நடிக்கின்றனர். நிக் ஆர்ட்ஸ் சக்கரவர்த்தி தயாரிக்கும் இந்தப் படத்தை நெல்சன் இயக்குகிறார். ஹாலிவுட் படங்களை போன்ற ஆக்ஷன் காட்சிகளை கொண்ட இதன் ஷூட்டிங் சென்னையில் நடந்தது. இதையடுத்து படத்தின் 50 சதவிகித காட்சிகள் வெளிநாடுகளில் படமாக்கப்பட இருக்கிறது.
இதற்காக லொகேஷன் பார்க்க, இயக்குனர் நெல்சன் உட்பட படக்குழுவினர் ஜப்பான் சென்றுள்ளனர். ‘இது ஸ்டைலான ஆக்ஷன் படம். அடுத்த மாதம் ஜப்பானில் ஷூட்டிங் நடக்கிறது. தொடர்ந்து 40 நாட்கள் அங்கு ஷூட்டிங் நடக்கும். ‘உலகம் சுற்றும் வாலிபன்’ படத்துக்குப் பிறகு ஜப்பானில் அதிக நாட்கள் ஷூட்டிங் நடக்கும் படம் இதுதான்’ என்று படக்குழு தெரிவித்தது.

 

Simbu’s regular night visits for Vaalu

Simbu and team are vigorously working on Vaalu to release it on schedule. The composer of the film, Thaman has already finished four racy numbers for the film. He is now working along with Simbu during the nights to give the best introduction song for the film. With that song, the composition part will be done, we hear.The final mix is expected to be ready by next week and the music will be launched on September 9th as per plan.Vaalu, directed by Vijay Chander stars Simbu and Hansika in the lead and Santhanam, VTV Ganesh, Naran, Sri Ranjani in supporting roles.
