Simbu sings for pocket money

Young Superstar Silamabarasan is slowly becoming a regular play back singer apart from his acting and directing. Simbu started singing professionally only for his films but his unique voice had so many takers later. Recently silambarasan crooned a song for Jayam Ravi for the film Thillalangadi.
Simbu’s best friend Yuvan Shankar Raja tuned the lyric of Na. Muthukumar. The number ‘Pattu Pattu Pattam Poochi…’ needed a Simbu kind of voice and hence the director Raja called for Simbu. It was a spontaneous decision of Raja and Yuvan immediately endorsed it. So why is Simbu of late taking many offers to sing for other actors? Simbu says” I give all my film earnings to my mother and take money from her whenever I need. But When I sing for others the money I get is extra and that is my pocket money”. Smart Silambarasan. After the successful love venture Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya, ace director Goutham Menon and Young Super Star Thalaivan Silambarasan are to hold their hands again for an movie, this time being a action flick. In the recent celebration with the Media Persons Goutham indicted for the movie and Simbu confirmed this to a leading Media person.

It is also said that the movie will be done simultaneously with Vaaliban, but our sources reveal that the Goutham Simbu combo will do it in a very short time and that the script work is already on the progress. It is also expected that Harris will tune in this time rather than Ar.Rahman as, the Oscar Award Winner is busy with his other commitments. The same crew of VTv remains, except for the heroine. The movie will be a bilingual, which will be short in tamil and telugu. Lets see if the movie is taken forward .

VTV Success - The real reasons

Its out. The public opinion is out.
It’s one week since the release of ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’
and the audience has given its verdict.
‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’ (VTV) is a hit.
Director Goutham Vasudev Menon has done a splendid job
and lived up to the expectation of most of his fans.
Due credit to the director for his style and story narration.
‘VTV’ is a hit and the recent press meet to celebrate
the success by the director has told it all. He told it is a team effort
and the audience has rightly said that the movie’s success is attributed
mainly to the music and the photography.
A R Rahman’s music was already a super hit even before the movie released
and it created the much needed hype any movie would need. Complimenting this
was Manoj Paramahamsa’s cinematography which showed the songs and a few scenes
so beautifully. If not for his camera, the much hyped on-screen chemistry of the lead pair,
Trisha and Silambarasan would have failed.
The feedback received from IndiaGlitz readers was astonishing.
Most of them thought Trisha spoke for herself in the movie.
It was not her but Chinmayi dubbed for Trisha in the movie.
It is a shame, for an actress with Tamil as her mother tongue,
not dubbing for herself. If not for Chinmayi, Trisha’s role would have been miniscule.
Hats-off to Chinmayi for her voice modulation.
Silambarasan’s acting added little to the movie’s success.
Although his image-make over and dialogue delivery in the movie was appreciated,
the audience liked the supporting role of Ganesh, who is also one of the producers
in the movie. His comic dialogue delivery brought some relief to the audience at
the theatre. They felt that it was boring to see the lead pair in almost all the
frames of the movie. The audience also thought that director Goutham casted
the correct actors, as Trisha appeared older than Silambarasan,
as the script commanded of a heroine older to the hero.
The audience feedback suggests that combination of any hero or heroine
would make this movie a success. End of the day, director Goutham has
another hit to his career. If not for him, his technicians and the producers,
this movie would have failed to be a grosser at the box office.

VINNAITHAANDI VARUVAAYA SUCCESS PARTY

Goutham Vasudev Menon throwed a party to all the media persons on regards to their
support for the film Vinnaithaandi Varuvaaya. Silambarasan
along with Trisha and Udhaynidhi Stalin took part and thanked the Media people.


Media people quizzed on why there was two climaxes in the Telugu and Tamil version and
in came the reply from the director saying ,
the producers of Telugu needed a happy ending
were as in here they were happy with the realistic ending.

Yss Silambarasan while speaking,
thanked the Media personalities and said his next project
would be Vaaliban and that it will start from the 25th of March.

He asked all the Fans to support the movie,
which will be a movie of love with patriotism in it.
