Simbu's VAALU single has a Mention of NAYAN

Buzz is that, a single track from Vaalu, which has music composed by Thaman, will release on Simbu’s birthday (February 3). You Are My darling, which is sung by the composer himself and penned by Madhan Karky, is said to be a fast-paced romantic number. We hear that the song has a special mention about a few girls the actor has been linked up with so far.

A source close to the unit says, “The song will have the names of people whom Simbu has been linked up with. The lines go like he doesn’t want all these people (Nayanthara vendam, Andrea vendam) but only wants the heroine, who is his love interest in this film (interestingly, it is played by Hansika). The song also has
names of leading directors like Mani Ratnam, Bala and Shankar.” Lyricist Madhan Karky says, “This particular song was a great responsibility on my shoulders as it was originally supposed to be written by Vaali sir. You Are My Darling is the hook line of the song, but the song actually starts with the words Inky Pinky Ponky.”

Thaman confirms the single track release and says, “It will be a treat for Simbu’s fans on his birthday,” and adds that the film’s album will be released on Valentine’s Day.

Vaalu Single Song on STR's Birthday

It is known that Simbu aka STR's Vaalu audio launch is on 14th February. Now, Vaalu composer SS Thaman and lyricist Madhan Karky planned to unveil Vaalu single track 'You are my darling' on Simbu's Birthday [Feb 3].

Excited STR tweeted, “In love with #vaalu song #urmydarling ...Awesome job by @MusicThaman and mind blowing #simbustyle lyrics by @madhankarky super excited :D”.

This quirky song would be a tribute to STR by Thaman and Madhan karky, which have lines like 'Inky Pinky Ponky', followed by list of actress and directors including 'Nayanthara Vendam, Andrea Vendam, you are my darling' in the lyrics.

Interestingly, Simbu's real time love Hansika is playing his heroine in Vaalu and this song resembles his link-ups with stars in the industry. Late lyricist Vaali was about to pen this song written by Madhan Karky and claims it is tough to step into Vaali shoes.

Silambarasan aka STR enjoys a loyal fan base which is surely an enviable feature. 2013 was a silent year for this prolific hero but is all set to make amends in 2014 with many projects on hand. His film with Gautham Menon is briskly proceeding while another untitled flick under Pandiraj with Nayanthara is also happening simultaneously. A project with Selvaraghavan is on the anvil. If things go as per plan, Vaalu will hit the marquee in 2014 and also a cameo in buddy VTV Ganesh’s Inga Enna Solludhu.

The makers of upcoming Tamil comedy-drama "Mahabalipuram" are planning to release a single to coincide with the New Year. Actor Silambarasan aka Simbu has crooned the said track.
